Specification

Feeding Section

1: Adopting a belt type leading edge suction paper feeding device, suitable for all corrugated paper, the paper feeding is more stable, convenient for orders with high requirements for carton forming, and more suitable for slightly deformed cardboard;

2: The belt can be adjusted separately for height, and in case of partial wear, it can be slightly raised for adjustment without affecting the effectiveness of use. The belt can be reused to extend its service life.

3: Fully computerized tuning mode, fully servo motor and PLC program control,

4: The entire process of air suction and paper feeding is beneficial for the paper to move forward in a flat shape, and the cardboard will not tilt or affect the nailing effect.

It is a device that affects the production. Adding the spray function can alleviate the paper breaking phenomenon and reduce the scrap rate of cartons.

FOLDING SECTION

Secondary pre-pressing and full suction function description:

1: Equipped with pre-pressing breaking wheels, it can be pressed again at the original pressure line position to apply pressure to the ribs again, making it more accurate to fold.

2: There are three sets of stacked wheels in total. The first set is pressed down to the middle of the line at a 90 degree angle, the second set is pressed down to the middle of the line again at a 70 degree angle to deepen the indentation, and the third set is pressed at a 50 degree angle to finally determine the position of the line. The paper completes the folding action and the cardboard box falls down. At this point, the cardboard box line is fully positioned.

3: The pre press wire wheel and three types of disc shaped shaping wheels of different sizes play a role in shaping, straightening, and neatly folding cardboard boxes in sequence.

4: The whole process of suction conveying is to prevent the cardboard box from deforming freely during the paper feeding process, maintain the contact between the two sides of the cardboard and move forward synchronously in a flat shape, keep the cardboard from tilting or slanting, and then enter the nail machine leveling section synchronously.

Leveling Section

1: There are front and rear baffle devices, whose main function is to push the front end of the cardboard box. As the suction is at the bottom of the machine, and the folding belt has belts moving up and down, when the suction is not 100% synchronized with the upper belt, the front end of the cardboard box needs to be leveled by the force of the baffle pushing plate, so that the cardboard box can be neatly fed into the nail position.

2: When using the nailing function, each cardboard box must be pushed to the next process - the nailing section. The position for pushing the paper is the shaking cover. During the pushing process, the uneven cardboard boxes are made neat in front and back, reducing the occurrence of scissors in the cardboard boxes.

3: The leveling and folding parts must move synchronously, which is convenient for changing orders, and the control is also one click positioning, so it only takes 3-5 minutes to adjust the machine.

Stitch Section(Saddle Stitch)

1: Nail head speed: 1000 nails per minute, controlled by Japanese Yaskawa servo motor for nail speed and distance.

2: The only independently developed and designed nail head in China, the nail head adopts Taiwan's original imported nail head, with quality assurance, higher precision requirements, and long service life (about 3-5 years).

3: The only nail head in China that uses swing mode, with fast, precise, and accurate speed.

4: 2000 sets of order storage function, commonly used orders can be stored here.

5: The servo motor adopts the old brand of Yaskawa from Japan, which has been used in nail machines for more than 30 years. The function is very stable, and the failure rate of nail speed and nail distance is low, making it very stable.

Box Flipping Section (Optional)

1: Box flipping function.

2: When used in nailing boxes, the nail strips can be flipped over to the side, so that the cardboard box will not tilt around during packaging.

3: Adjust according to different sizes.

Climbing Section

1: The climbing and leveling function of the paste box does not require climbing, and this section can be omitted for the nail box function.

2: Equipped with an automatic leveling function (mainly to level the height of the cardboard box, i.e. the position of the shaking lid), and to level the cardboard box back and forth until it is formed.

3: There is an automatic stacking height position, which is particularly beneficial for pasting cardboard boxes. While stacking, the glue position of the cardboard boxes is waiting to dry,

4: There is a blower above the stacking area, which applies pressure to the cardboard box from top to bottom, allowing the glued part of the cardboard box to stick better.

5: Specially added is a cardboard box that can be pasted with only a small, neat middle part (a bit of an irregular box, see sample).

6: Equipped with a set of rollers, it is better to roll and shape the bonding area and the folded edge of the glue box

Automatic Counting Section

1: The fish scale stacking paper collection method is adopted. This paper collection method has two advantages. a. It does not damage the carton and falls directly; b. When the gluing speed reaches more than 200 sheets per minute, the gluing speed is not that immediate, and the falling function here can press the carton again.

 

2: The fish scale method (carton up and down method) will not damage the previous carton when stacking color boxes or cartons with higher requirements, which plays a certain protective role.

 

3: Automatic counting, automatically hook the paper to the packaging position according to the set number.

 

4: Accurate counting.
